The secret of success.

One of the most serious bottlenecks of any sustainable company development in the major producing countries is the labour factor. There is either a lack of quantity or qualifications. With increasing industrialisation and the use of robotic technology, a lack of manpower is of lesser importance, but the level of qualification is all the more important.

Using a matrix from which we derive necessary training and development steps within the company, we can increase your employees’ qualifications. The relationship between the tasks arising and defined work area is recorded and visualised.

Competence
Program

Those who always do what they already can will always remain what they already are.

The Competence Programme is an ASG Consult product and as a practical training programme, increases staff skills levels. The shop floor management constitutes the focus group.

In contrast to manuals, which usually end up in a drawer, we focus on "Training & Action": a combination of theory with immediate implementation based on daily practice. As a result, the contents are easier to understand and also feasible.

The duration of the training is tailored to the company and is between one and six months. After successful completion, the employee receives a certificate and the company may use to the logo of the programme as a seal of quality on its website.

COMPETENCE PROGRAM PROCEDURE

A logistics process that is well planned, documented, communicated and is transparent, flexible and monitored will provide reductions in cost and an improvement in productivity.
The comprehensive analysis of logistics requirements is divided into the 6 P`s©, which have been listed below according to the ASG.

These 6 fields are closely interwoven and interact with all areas of the production process. The cause and characteristics of all logistic weaknesses can be determined by analysing the 6 P©, leading to optimisation. Sometimes the solution to the problem lies simply in seeing that the ratio of two or more of the fields of the 6 P© match each other. At other times the characteristics, focal point and/or control of one or more of the fields will not have been sufficiently weighted and must then be adjusted.
